Hello, I’m glad you found your way here. I’m a Psychotherapist and Life Coach that offers sessions virtually. I offer services to individuals, couples, and families throughout the United States. I specialize in helping clients with obstacles around depression, anxiety, survivors guilt, workplace trauma, relationship issues, childhood trauma, imposter syndrome, self-esteem, stress, life transitions and oppression.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, authentic and holistic. I believe the client is the expert of their experiences and my purpose is to assist them in their journey toward healing. I help clients through an array of talk therapy, story telling and treatment-centered homework. I operate from a relational, intersectional, and anti-oppressive lens.
Everyone has their own therapeutic journey, and who we bring on this journey is up to us. One's journey towards healing can be a culmination of tough conversations, laughter, and tears.
