I specialize in assisting individuals who have anxiety, depression, and trauma using EMDR and IFS modalities, as these are the primary modalities I use in my practice. However, I personalize my approach to meet each client's specific needs and utilize tools from CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness therapy.
I am an EMDR Trained Provider. I offer a blend of expertise as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am also a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor role for LPCC and LADC.
