I am a clinician trained in Brainspotting, which I like to integrate with various somatic and cognitive approaches. I also like to use skill-based and grounding approaches to help individuals navigate anxiety and stess.

I have over 18 years of experience working with individuals and families recovering from trauma, living with chronic illness, working through relationship concerns and facing the challenges of mental illness. I am a licensed clinical child psychologist specializing in utilizing state of the art assessment and therapy techniques to detect and treat learning disabilities, ADHD, and other emotional/personality issues which may hinder a child's learning experience. In addition, our clinic performs infant developmental testing and kindergarten readiness evaluations. Jarom Gaitan was born and raised in Ventura, California. Jarom has been happily married for over 20 years and a father of four children. He completed his undergrad from the University of Utah in Sociology. While working on is undergrad, Jarom gained a love for working with people having volunteered for a rape crisis team and crisis line in Utah County. Due to this experience it encouraged him to further his academic career at the University of Phoenix in Mental Health Counseling and later obtain his license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

Colbey is specialized as a Gottman marriage counselor. He helps couples facing issues with communication, infidelity, abuse, narcissism, addiction, life transitions, among other issues that couples face. He has extensive experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with addiction, relationships, depression, anxiety, OCD and self-esteem/self-concept deficits as well.

Ben has over 20 years of experience working in the mental health space. He has worked with substance abuse programs at the state level, in psychiatric hospitals, and most recently at the Utah State Prison. Ben works with children, teens, and adults and uses a variety of skills and techniques to help the people he meets with be the best they can be. Some of his specialties include: CPT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CBT, Polyvagal Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. When Ben isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
