I am passionate about the power of systemic therapy in healing relationships and improving lives of couples, individuals of all ages, and families. I enjoy working with clients to help them identify and work toward their mental, emotional and relational goals using a variety of effective therapy models and interventions, including; Bowenian Family therapy, Symbolic Experiential therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and narrative work.

As a therapist, I hope to provide you with a safe and supportive place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach, meaning you are the expert on your own life and I am here to support you in your journey.

I am currently not accepting new clients. I am passionate about helping individuals bounce back from traumatic experiences. It is common to feel broken, to feel a shadow of who you once were after painful life experiences. The healing journey is one of the most courageous adventures we can embark on. I walk with you into those dark places, offering sensitivity and kindness, helping you lean into healing connection. Among other issues, I specialize in helping individuals explore issues related to grief, depression and anxiety, gender and sexual orientation identities, and spiritual emergence/y.

Hello! I have been a therapist for 9 years. I work with children (4+), adolescents, and adults in Utah. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who have had PTSD, divorce, sexual abuse, family issues, anxiety, school-related issues, anger, depression, family dynamics, and other disorders/mental health issues. I enjoy working with children and adolescents due to their resilience, love for life, willingness to change, and their optimism. I enjoy working with adults due to their willingness to change, ability to work with the tools provided, and helping adults figure out how their past is guiding their present/future life.

As a clinician I specialize in helping clients with eating disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. I seek to create an inclusive environment where all clients feel safe and heard throughout the healing process. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities with an emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
