I started my therapy career in 2017 as a recreational therapist and love working with younger age groups as well as adults and couples. My additional education and work experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor has prepared me to support clients with challenges such as relationship issues, family therapy, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief/loss, behavior issues, OCD, substance use, and LGBTQ+. I utilize evidence based therapeutic interventions and experiential activities to address all aspects of your wellness.

I love helping clients of all ages in their journey of self exploration and progression. As a therapist, I have witnessed people grow and heal through experiencing the power of a therapeutic relationship that is authentic, compassionate, and caring. I have been a therapist for approximately 17 years, mainly working in the juvenile justice system as well as a school setting. Most of my experience is with school aged children and adults, but I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages!

Divorce can be a scary experience for a child. A child can respond to such changes by having tantrums, refusals, and becoming more withdrawn. The guilt and shame of divorce can be so overwhelming that you do not know how to help your child anymore and fear that the divorce can cause damage to your child forever. The good news is, divorce does not have to be the worst thing you can do to your child. In fact, divorce can be a very healthy decision and help your child learn how to cooperate and grow, even under challenging circumstances.

Colin Wilford is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Utah and has been practicing since 2020. He holds an MSW, ACSW, and LCSW and is pursuing his Psychology license in the U. S. Outside of the U. S. , Colin has 27 years of experience as a fully Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He's worked with virtually all the clinical syndromes and personality disorders and has extensive experience in psychometric and neuropsychological testing. In his spare time, Colin enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and generally staying fit.

Robyn has worked several years in the substance abuse field doing inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatment. She also has experience working with those in the criminal justice system. Robyn is committed to working collaboratively with clients to help them meet their life goals.Robyn practices in the Utah County location.
