Healing Pathways Therapy Center provides a safe nurturing environment for adults, adolescents, and children to focus on relationship, well-being and mental health issues. We focus on topics such as life adjustment, depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, divorce, phobias, trauma, addictions, etc. We specialize in trauma and childhood attachment issues, working to resolve big or little traumas or negative experiences which tend to impede emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth. We focus on healing rather than just coping, by finding resolving underlaying issue rather than just putting a bandaid on symptoms.

I am accepting new clients in person in Salt Lake City and via telehealth! I am a clinical psychologist with specific training and experience providing specialized care for children, teens, and adults with eating disorders, OCD, problematic exercise, anxiety, and depression. I love working collaboratively with clients to meet their goals and get back on track. I start with a thorough assessment and work with you to develop a goals and a treatment plan. I also value interdisciplinary collaboration with other providers when appropriate.

Over the last 10 years I've specialized in working with teens, young adults and their family systems. It's hard to find a good therapist who can sincerely help those struggling with depression, anxiety, failure to launch, oppositional defiance, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, lack of motivation and emotional regulation. If you're feeling stuck, angry, lost or confused, it can be helpful to meet with someone who can meet you where you are at and help you create a better life though understanding, compassion and confidence. I work especially well with parents and teens who have tried other options and ready for progress.
