Currently accepting new clients and no waitlist! Broadly speaking, Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling provides mental health counseling, with a disability focus. Our counselors help individuals people with disabilities and/or mental health conditions improve their ability to manage challenges and achieve their life goals. We provide evidence-based counseling services for adolescents and adults experiencing psychological, social, and emotional difficulties related to chronic illness, disability, developmental disability, and other issues of life adjustment.

I offer two distinct services: psychological testing and psychotherapy. As a psychologist, I provide psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to children, adolescents, and adults. Evaluations include a comprehensive understanding of the individual's cognitive and emotional functioning. They target intellectual and academic functioning, learning/memory, executive functioning, personality, and psychopathology. Evaluations may be used for accommodations on standardized exams (e.g. ACT) as well as for Gifted and Talented programs. I also offer Pre-surgical Evaluations, Intellectual Disability Evaluations, and TBI Evaluations. Evaluations may be used to help guide academic (e.g. 504 plans, IEPs, or college accommodations) interventions.

I help individuals learn skills that help them regulate emotions in order to improve social relationships and daily function. My approach is a relational style of conversation to help individuals feel safe and willing to share about personal struggles. We then work together to increase insight and self-awareness through identifying negative behavioral patterns and building from innate strengths which helps one’s ability to make changes that improve their overall quality of life.

Dr. Spencer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), an AAMFT approved supervisor and an owner and clinical director of Zest for Life Counseling. He has more than a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Dr. Spencer utilizes evidenced based practices and specializes in working with trauma, grief, and couples on the brink of divorce. Dr. Spencer completed a Bachelors degree in Family Studies from Weber State University, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University, and a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Science also from Oklahoma State University.

My name is Christine Osmundson. I am a licensed private practice online Telehealth provider practicing in Colorado and Utah with the Sondermind and Tava Health Networks. I have a master's degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and 1 year of post graduate studies towards a Ph.D. in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Institute in London, England. I've worked with several populations of individuals, couples and families for over 25 years within several capacities i.e., psychiatric inpatient, residential, day treatment, school, mental health centers and private practice.
