He has experience working in mentoring programs, in-home programs, outpatient mental health/substance abuse clinics, groups homes, and residential treatment centers. I have been working with people in a mentoring/coaching/therapy capacity for over 25 years and I know it is scary to begin a relationship with someone you don't know. I try to make it easier by being approachable and straightforward; Solas, my dog is there to engage as much or little as you wish. These trauma's could be childhood traumas, relationship abuse, military trauma, child birth traumas, or sexual dysfuntions that resulted in traumatic experiences. I truly believe that more healing happens from resolving trauma than nearly anything else. My goal for therapy is to help you heal, to help bring joy and light back into your life. You are not defined by the experiences you have had and they shouldn't alter your happiness. Healing from trauma is one of the most rewarding experiences that can happen in therapy. I believe you can do it!
