I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC). I specialize in both individual and couples therapy. I am trained in EMDR. I am a graduate of the University of Utah's Master of Social Work program and have been working as a therapist since 2021. I typically adhere to a philosophy that emphasizes emotional healing, processing, physical/somatic wellness, and metacognition. I mainly see clients struggling with: -trauma -anxiety -depression -bipolar -borderline personality disorder -grief -relationship issues -family issues -men's issues -trans/LGBTQIA+/other queer issues or stressors.
