My name is Jane Kearney, I am experienced working with individuals who are transitioning from divorce, having relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, Mid-life change of life, and children ages 6-17 with defiant disorders and ADHD. I am very present to listen to all the concerns to comprehend and understand what the needs of the clients are for self healing.
Services include: Cognitive Behavior Therapist, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness to help clients identify their triggers that cause depression, anxiety, and stress. The skills and techniques provided are design to help individuals cope with their anxiety, depression and life changes. Also, create boundaries for themselves to become balance from within
