My ideal clients are those who have experienced past trauma and suffering and are looking for healthy coping skills and are interested in exploring how body regulation can help regain control of their responses to the stressors they face. If you have experienced childhood trauma that has been left unresolved and continues to plague you, this might be a great option for you as you learn to desensitize past hurts and reintegrate them into healthy ways in the present moment. I provide space for clients to express their needs and gain tools to thrive in their environment.
I specialize in working with clients with a history of substance and alcohol use or with family members of those suffering from these addictions. I work with individuals processing through trauma and offer a forward facing approach to working through past traumatic experiences. I enjoy helping individuals learn about attachment styles and body regulation.
Making the decision to begin counseling can be difficult. My desire is to provide a space of healing and peace as you work to heal from the past and thrive in your present day and future. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to determine if I am the right fit for your needs. I offer in person counseling in Prescott and telehealth across AZ.
