I offer 8 or 12 or 24 covering 12 modules which focuses on effective coping behavior to stop escalation and conflict resolution, as well as reducing levels of anger in provocative situations. The Program offers skills and concepts including: 1. Understanding Anger 2. Ventilation Doesn’t Work 3. Anger is different from Aggression 4. Coping is better than Blaming 5. Cognitive Control Concepts 6. Identification and Working through of Trigger Thoughts 7. Stress and Anxiety Management to prevent outbursts 8. Weekly Anger Log entries.
