The choice of therapist is an important one and it is often helpful to have some insight into how the therapist you’re considering views therapy. My background involves training in a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based therapy. At the core, I believe therapy to be a journey to becoming more fully yourself. I have experience in helping people navigate life-changing medical diagnoses, managing depressive and anxiety symptoms, and relationship stress whether romantic, familial or friendships.
I offer individual therapy, with limited options for couples and family sessions. I also offer clergy and ministerial consultation to aid in mental health awareness in ministry and pastoral care. Lastly, I can provide workshops on end-of-life care from a Catholic perspective for individuals, parishes, or other groups. All services are virtual at this time
