Welcome. I provide trauma-focused, compassionate, and creative psychotherapy. I am here to help you work through current symptoms, heal trauma impact, build nervous system regulation skills and strengthen the self. My intent is to make therapy an effective and meaningful experience, so that you can feel more connected to yourself and have more resilience to meet life's challenges and opportunities.
I have twenty years of experience as a Somatic Psychotherapist. I also utilize Jungian perspectives to work with dreams, the unconscious, and the ego-self axis. Alongside with talk and psychodynamic therapy, I use embodied based trauma work, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, dreamwork, dance and art therapy, and sandplay.
