With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I am dedicated to guiding couples and families through complex challenges. I provide Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to enhance the connection between partners, offer Discernment Counseling for couples contemplating their future together, often known as mixed agenda, utilize EMDR to facilitate individual trauma recovery, and conduct family therapy to refine communication and mediate conflicts within the family dynamic.
