We use evidence-based approaches to teach skills and empower clients to build a life worth living. Our clients are looking for help with many different challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, substance use, life transitions, and relationships. We work collaboratively with our clients to identify their therapy goals and develop a plan to meet those goals.
Services are provided by PhD students from diverse backgrounds who are enrolled in our Clinical Psychology track, which is accredited by the American Psychological Association. Students are supervised by licensed psychologists. Because we are a training clinic, we maintain a small caseload and each client receives in-depth consideration.
We welcome clients from all backgrounds. We work closely with each client to create a treatment plan that matches their needs and preferences.
