The approach I offer is trauma-informed, where I utilize information about what is going on within your environment, body, mind, & brain, as well as interventions that address trauma/PTSD as it masquerades as a wide variety of conditions (depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.). To put it shortly, I can help address underlying traumas that impact your well-being.
