True peace and healing comes when the ‘uhane, the physical, spiritual and mental state, is healed. At ‘Uhane Counseling we strive to heal the soul in order to restore peace and tranquility to each client.
Our passion is to create an experience for any individual to find hope and peace during times of difficulty and trials. We find that healing best comes through combining all aspects of the client’s life, as well as through empowerment. Our therapists implement a variety of techniques including DBT, CBT, somatic work, and mindfulness into client treatments.
