Welcome! The Mary A. Rackham Institute's (MARI) Psychological Clinic provides compassionate, evidence-based, and confidential mental health treatment and testing to adults ages 18 years and older. Our talented staff of psychologists, social workers, psychiatrist, psychometrists, and advanced clinicians-in-training are deeply invested in our clients' overall growth and well-being. Common presenting concerns include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, academic/work stress, family of origin concerns, ADHD, trauma, life transitions and grief, and challenges related to identity in today's world.
We use a range of evidence-based, culturally humble approaches to tailor therapy for each individual person. Therapy approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
The Psych Clinic also offers group and workshop options including: social anxiety, self-compassion, ADHD, DBT, sleep, and ASD. We provide both in-person and telehealth options for your convenience. We also provide ADHD, ASD, and learning disability testing. Reach out to the MARI Psych Clinic and let us support and guide you on your mental health journey.
