My ideal client would be 13-21-year-old males with issues such as depression and anger issues, their goal is to discover their strengths and build positive relationships with family and peers. They want an outlet to talk about their feelings and need an outside source to share too.
My specialty is strengths-based and solution-based therapy counseling. I provide a space to explore what strengths we currently have and new strengths to explore to cope with our stressors. Finding solutions require teamwork and feedback and I provide a safe space to discuss any issues that affect our mental and emotional well-being.
