Tyra is most interested in couples, families, blended, non-typical family dynamics, and sport-specific mental health challenges. Growing up in a blended family and currently being a part of one has fostered a healthy passion for understanding and navigating the beautiful and often challenging process of blending families. Anger Management
Group is 12 weeks long, sessions 60-90 minutes - $30/ session. Many people find they struggle with anger and violence as a result of various life factors, such as traumatic life events. Substance use and abuse can often be developed or coexist with anger and violence. "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatments have been found to be effective, time-limited treatments for anger issues." Learn how to understand anger, how to change the cycle, and how to better express your anger.
