I want to assist you in freeing yourself from unhealthy relationships, being anxious or angry all of time, holding grudges, and being controlled by trauma.
I want you to be freed from emotional pain and be able to deal with life on your own terms. Ultimately assisting you in finding meaning and purpose in all aspects of your life. I believe that people can reach their best potential given the right support and tools for change. I use a variety of different approaches to fit your individual needs.
I work with stress, depression, anxiety, grief, children, and couples. With an emphasis on awareness, integration, and relationships to encourage growth.
