Are you feeling lost? Have you experienced a major transition or change and now you feel uncertain of where to go from here? It is my firm belief that when you ask for help, you deserve to be treated in a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental manner.
I make it my goal to help my clients by exploring their thinking, their choices, and make sense of what can feel like a whole new world around them. I approach my clients with curiosity, and encourage them to reflect on their thinking and behavior. I provide focused attention and guidance with clients with the intention of helping them to make changes.
I currently provide telehealth only services. I have worked with a variety of populations, as well as a wide range of age groups. The therapeutic approach I utilize is eclectic, it represents my knowledge of an array of treatment courses. It takes a large amount of bravery to reach out for help, and I want to make sure that I can assist those who contact me.
