I work with individuals struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (intrusive thoughts, reassurance seeking, 'Pure O', religious scrupulosity, etc.), anxiety, perfectionism, panic, trauma, PTSD, depression, pornography, screen addiction, relational conflict, social skills, career, and feelings that they are finding difficult to understand or tolerate.
In my counseling approach, I incorporate my personal experiences as a husband and father and connect clients with local resources.
