With EMDR, I help clients process and recover from traumatic experiences. Additionally I have experience working with those who have anxiety, mood disorders, relationship problems, and those needing support in the LGBTQ+ community. I incorporate various approaches into my work based on each person's need such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
