I work with couple’s struggling to connect and communicate with each other. I specialize in helping couple’s relight the spark they feel has faded out, whether over time or because of specific issues. I also work with men who struggle with feelings of inadequacy, have anxiety, depression or need help opening up emotionally. EFT trained, Gottman trained, CBT.
I'm here to help break stigmas of mental health counseling, especially for those that feel like they have to always have it together and be strong. Vulnerability isn’t a weakness.
