It can be incredibly overwhelming to start making changes in your life but through an individual, personalized approach I hope to help make the tough times a little easier.
My approach is highly person-centered. There is no one solution for everyone and not being able to figure out what works for you can be frustrating. I aim to offer assistance in figuring out what works through the use of an eclectic toolbox of techniques and therapeutic orientations to give every individual the attention they deserve.
