I understand substance abuse and addiction recovery intimately. After many unsuccessful treatment attempts, I finally achieved breakthrough success and have been sober for more than 16 years. This experience, coupled with extensive mental health education, work with several recovery management firms, and a passion to help others are the foundation of Compass Counseling, a premier licensed substance abuse and addiction recovery group in Southern Utah. We provide intervention services, case management, family preparation, assessment, coordination, and therapy to help individuals stay clean and sober from mind altering substances.
It can be difficult for families to navigate the challenges of a loved one having an addiction. For this reason, we also specialize in helping individuals, couples and families with what are often related mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and trauma. Our goal is to help individuals and families enjoy happier and healthier lives.
