I work primarily with teenagers and adults who are dealing with the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, anger and other issues. I work to provide a safe, calm, validating and non-judgmental presence, and want you to feel comfortable coming in for a first session.
I have lived and worked in the Chattanooga area since 2016, working with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. As a therapist, I have practiced in medical, in-home, and outpatient settings. I often utilize cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based approaches, EMDR, and other therapy approaches in working with my clients.
Sometimes we do not see it clearly, but we have the ability to cope with whatever situation we are facing, especially when we do not face it alone.
