I believe connecting the mind to positive thinking, understanding emotions, and gaining self-awareness assists youth in developing healthy coping strategies. I focus the majority of my practice in offering a warm, comfortable environment for youth and adolescents to achieve these three attributes.

I have experience working with issues ranging from adoption, attachment, grief, impulse control, depression, and anxiety. Additional experience includes presentations on adolescent mental health at Gretna Public Schools parent forum and the Archdiocese of Omaha.
