While therapy can feel daunting at first glance, I'm here to help you in that process. I recognize the importance of advocating for ourselves and therapy can be a great place to start. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, passionate about working with clients on boundaries and communication skills within interpersonal relationships and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative and meant to meet clients where they are.
I utilize trauma informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), person-centered concepts, and solution-focused practices amongst others. Building rapport and connecting with my clients better helps me determine what tools are used to best serve the client.
My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to explore and learn more about themselves, whilst breaking the stigma behind mental health services.
