My counseling practice focuses on teen girls and women navigating life transitions and challenges, such as relationships, anxiety, career, and depression. With extensive training in special education and behavioral management, I am available to help parents as they navigate developmental and behavioral challenges in their child.

My approach is Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness-based Cognitive, Solution Focused Brief Therapies. However, the treatment modalities are tailored specifically to you and/or your families therapeutic needs. I will encourage you to examine how your thinking influence the way you behave. In counseling I will also teach you breathing and visualization techniques to help you put your mind and soul in a calmer state when faced with challenges. I will guide you on your journey of self discovery and help you locate the root /original cause of the issue so that you can move toward a place of healing.

Dr. Levi Armstrong is a doctoral-level, clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in testing and treatment for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults suffering from diseases and illnesses affecting the brain. Common diagnoses evaluated for include ADHD or ADD, autism or Asperger's, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia.
