I am here to listen to you and guide you as you head toward your personal journey of emotional, psychological and spiritual healing. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions, such as divorce or blending a family. As a marriage and family counselor, I help clients in affair recovery, parenting plan development, and healing from emotional wounds caused by divorce.

Sometimes all the pieces just do not seem to fit. Asking for help can be difficult, even overwhelming. But, reaching out is the most courageous first step, a step that can literally change the trajectory of your life. I offer a safe, non-judgmental place for you to be heard, to explore all the pieces, and to sort through your thoughts and feelings. Challenges, conflict and change are inevitable. Many of our thoughts, choices, behaviors and patterns develop as an adaptive response to our personal experiences and adversities. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, supportive environment for individuals to explore and gain insight into their thoughts, behaviors and patterns, reassess their usefulness and explore and establish healthier, more effective alternatives.

Counseling is a deeply personal experience. In my work with women and female adolescents ages 16 and older, we navigate major life transitions, symptoms of anxiety, depression, family conflict, boundaries, and pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns.
