Do you feel like you’re drowning a little bit and wish you just had the time and space to process and sort out everything that’s going on? Maybe relationships are really difficult right now, or you’re struggling with feeling anxious or depressed. There is so much to balance in life. Sometimes it can be extremely overwhelming. My mission as a therapist is to provide you with a welcoming, safe, and supportive space that will facilitate healing and growth.
