I enjoy working with adults of all ages as well as older adolescents on their journey to greater healing, self-discovery, and an improved quality of life. Helping to explore new perspectives, a more balanced approach to managing life stressors, and resolving interpersonal conflict are all meaningful aspects of my therapy approach. I am definitely not a “one size fits all” therapist. Though active listening, validating emotions and personal experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment are essential to everyone.
