I am a licensed professional counselor with +10 years of clinical experience. I've worked with adults, families, children, teenagers, and populations from 0-17 years of age. My area of specialties includes Adolescents/Teens, Anxiety, Anger Management, Women's Issues, and Depression. My theoretical approaches are Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused, Client-Centered Therapy, and Coaching. I believe in providing a safe and stable environment for my clients to feel calm and at ease during each session to help them identify their inner potential, heal, and work through their traumas.
