As a therapist specializing in trauma, depression, and anxiety, I offer compassionate support to traveling or remote workers navigating the complexities of mental health. I call myself the overlanding therapist, so sessions may be on the top of a mountain peak, next to the sprays of a 100 foot waterfall, or in a red rock canyon. Nature is my office.
