Trapped trauma and unconscious programming plays a major role in mental & physical health problems as well as interpersonal relationships. My name is Iesha Anderson. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from Prairie View A&M University. I also attended Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others. I have always had a passion for counseling and helping since the first day I sat in my psychology course during my journey in undergraduate school. My experience in Real Estate, taxes, customer service, and mental health has equipped me with the ability to relate and understand where others are coming from. I have always had a passion for special populations and was blessed to find a career that combined my love for both, families and individuals.

If you are struggling with something in your life that is very painful and fear things are just going to keep getting worse I would love to help you gain new skills, new hope and a new vision for working through your problems. I have a passion for counseling people of all ages who are ready to begin the process of healing. I approach therapy from a biological, psychological, social and spiritual viewpoint. When change is desired, new goals can be achieved to enrich ones understanding of self and others to be better equipped to face the difficulties of life.

Life happens and even though we can acknowledge that there are aspects of it that we can’t control, this fact doesn’t change how difficult it can be to navigate through towards being our best version of ourselves. It takes courage to not only acknowledge that we may need help in dealing with things that have dealt with us. Whether it is related to trauma, anxiety, grief and/or depression, thise heavy states of being can trip us all up at various moments and stages in our lives. There is no shame in taking this step, in fact, it is commendable.
