I have worked in a variety of settings including foster care, community mental health, schools, and 5 years of work internationally in a multicultural setting. I specialize in working with children, teens and adults to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, foster care, adoption, grief, ADHD/inattention, learning differences, social skills, attachment difficulties, relational problems, and trauma.

I'm Erica Gault, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, and my passion lies in cultivating a collaborative therapeutic atmosphere. I wholeheartedly believe that the greatest act of self-respect and care a person can exercise is investing in their mental health through therapy. I am a Licensed School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. As a parent, former educator, and counselor I have a unique perspective on the challenges that teens and young adults (and their parents) face as they transition from childhood to adulthood. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Equine Assisted, and Person-Centered interventions I work to provide a safe space for patients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement.

My passion for helping people led me to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
