Pam McKown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor in Texas who has been practicing since 2005. She received her Master in Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University. Since graduation she has pursued being a real and authentic partner to journey with those suffering from mental health concerns. She has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient setting serving those with mild to severe issues. She enjoys working with persons dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, phase of life concerns, wellness issues, and substance abuse issues.

Daniel Lairmore is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2020. Daniel is a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ ally, person-centered therapist with a background in community mental health, inpatient mental health/crisis stabilization, outpatient therapy, and substance use therapy. This background gives Daniel a wide array of experiences from which to draw wisdom and understanding, which allows him to better reach each individual patient where they are.

Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master's in counseling from Colorado Christian University under the training of author Larry Crabb. With 18+ years of experience in private practice, Courtney works from a comphrehensive relational approach that integrates both theology and psychology. It is her belief that we are relational beings and when our core relationships are off (God, others, or ourselves), we miss out on living as we are designed to live.

In our lives we will experience suffering, hardship and brokenness. Our lives are impacted individually and relationally by it. The burden weighs heavy as we are unable to be who we were created to be. The depth of suffering becomes magnified in ourselves and our relationships and we desire for a lasting change.
