This model is coupled with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in which the participant engages in mindful changes to the thought process to invoke healthier and more realistic thought and feeling.

As a former collegiate athlete, I am also passionate about seeing athletes struggling with sports performance, body shaming, performance anxiety, etc. I help athletes tackle mental barriers and connect mind to body to accomplish peak athletic performance.
