My passion in life is to create safe spaces where people can express who they are, process what they are going through, find healing, and grow into healthier versions of themselves. They can lead to counter-productive coping strategies such as substance use (i.e., alcohol) and may even further complicate your interactions with others. While these concerns have become all too familiar in our society, the experience is uniquely personal.
