Then, I became very interested in studying human behavior and decided to pursue a master's degree in Psychology.

Hello, I'm Ms. Staton, life happens, right! And at times can be difficult to navigate on our own. I am no stranger to this struggle. I've worked with various mental health issues, ranging from behavioral issues and mood disorders to trauma, personality disorders, crisis management, and addictive disorders. I adhere to the belief that experiences and core beliefs shape our lives more profoundly than intellectual endeavors. The persistent financial, social, and inter- and intrapersonal adversity I experienced coming from a low socioeconomic status single parent home could have defined me were it not for hope, discipline, education, luck, and my hobbies.
