I've worked with various mental health issues, ranging from behavioral issues and mood disorders to trauma, personality disorders, crisis management, and addictive disorders. I adhere to the belief that experiences and core beliefs shape our lives more profoundly than intellectual endeavors. Our lives consist of physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual components. I strive to utilize all aspects of the human experience to help you navigate life and achieve your goals.

I have worked in the schools, prison, DFPS, and hospitals. I use modalities such as DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Task Centered/Problem-Solving Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in helping adults, couples, individuals, groups, and children with issues such as substance abuse, anger management, behavioral problems, mental health disorders, grief, chronic illnesses, school issues, parenting issues, domestic violence, criminal stipulations, and marital problems. I also offer LCSW Clinical Supervision.
