I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of presenting issues. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, physical abuse, sexual abuse, family relationship issues, and parenting concerns. I use a variety of modalities to create a treatment plan that fits each client and their specific needs and goals. I am passionate about empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives.

I have successfully taught children as early as those in Program Head Start, before becoming a Texas Teacher & School Counselor, and ultimately a LPC-Supervisor . This would be false, because I can't recall a situation where I could help the child without helping the parents, and even the whole family. I am a 1st generation Taiwanese-American immigrant who came to the US as an adolescent. I can conduct therapy in fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and English. I am a full-time self-employee and mother of 2. I changed careers from Engineering B.S, to Business M.M., to Counseling/Behavioral Science M.Ed. therapy.
