I work with individuals/couples/families who are looking to heal and live a life they are proud of. I believe in a comprehensive approach to mental health, wellness, and healing. My goal is to help you through this journey of life with all that comes with it and offer a space to come and process your thoughts, feel centered in your day-to-day life, and improve your mindset. I hope to help my clients develop a sense of resilience, mindfulness; aid in the understanding of themselves, and provide a safe place to heal and grow.

My clients come from many situations. Mostly they come to me with brokenness, some are addicted to drugs, alcohol and/or sex. Some struggle inside their marriages. Others arrive with deep longings to be of value or feel worthy. I see a large number of men with sexual addiction. I see wives that feel traumatized and betrayed. Often people arrive in my office in a crisis. Most couples I see are in some form of a conflict cycle; they each have hurt feelings and cannot seem to get unstuck from the cycle. As I also conduct psychological assessments, some clients come to me to to be tested for various reasons, such as legal issues

Hello! My name is Catherine Fagan and I’m a licensed professional counselor. I attended Prairie View A & M University and have been practicing counseling for over 10 years. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults and I’m happy to help you today with any of your mental health concerns.

I decided to pursue a professional career in the sciences requiring the ability to treat and explore human beings. After careful consideration, I discovered Counseling/ Psychology to be a perfect avenue. Completing my education and mastering the professional licensure examinations has led to a fulfilling occupational advancement. Current therapy focuses on rural and urban areas. Experienced diagnoses difficulties including but not limited to autism, attention deficit disorder, conduct disorder, bipolar, learning disabilities, oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorder, adjustment disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

My ideal client is anyone who is ready to take a step forward and work on their mental health. I don't care about any other aspect of you as long as you are willing to have the tough conversations that are necessary for delving deeper into yourself. I am willing to work with any age, gender, nationality, etc. imaginable and hold no preference for working with any particular denomination versus another. The only requirement you must have is a desire to learn more about yourself and be open to new experiences (or old ones if you've been to therapy before).
