I have over 20 years experience working with kids, teens, and adults with a wide range of mental health and behavioral conditions. Including kids with ADHD, Autism, Learning DIsabilities, and Grief. I specialize in working with women with Post Partum Depression, Adoption, and Infertility, couples, and family counseling. I completed training with Bo's Place. I was awarded graduate fellowship in Distress Screening from Yale University .

I have extensive experience in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, communication issues, and ADD/ADHD. I work closely with the family law community to provide Reunification Therapy. This service will typically be initiated through a court-order or an attorney referral. The goal of Reunification Therapy is to repair the parent-child relationship within the context of a high-conflict divorce/separation.

I consider my therapeutic approach eclectic, incorporating many empirically supported schools of thought into my therapeutic relationships. I believe in offering flexibility and balance to an individual’s needs and allow my clients to guide my intuition in how to best support their personal healing journey. I offer include individual therapy for adolescents and adults, marriage/couple’s therapy, family therapy, parent coaching and advocacy support, educational in-service hours (CPEs), and other public speaking engagements.

I always like to say God gave me children early in my adult life because I was meant to help children in their own life struggles. I fully believe that God has plans for us even if we do not fully understand them! When our children face struggles that we cannot understand or feel equipped to help them with, we can feel lost and overwhelmed. Children and adolescents are often placed in situation and have experiences that are out of their control.
