I have extensive experience counseling individual adults and children, couples, and families who are struggling with recovery from abuse, trauma, grief, depression, or emotional and behavioral disorders. I work with children ages 3-10 in a format called play therapy. During play therapy, I work to understand the child's play and help him learn how to change the way he thinks about, feels toward, and resolves concerns.
