As a first-generation Mexican-American, I am sensitive to the multi-cultural needs of my clients. I am fluent in Spanish and English and able to effectively provide therapy in the language in which the individual is most comfortable, in doing so, their goals have a higher probability of being achieved. My clinical experience has provided me with the abilities to work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues related to trauma, depression, stress management, grief, parental support, and substance use.

Through life’s experiences, I have learned that our pain is never wasted and identify as a wounded healer whose purpose is to live out Isaiah 61:1-3.
