I am working on a horror reality-based project with the business mogul & my Spiritual husband "Curtis 50 Cent Jackson". I provide treatment in Virginia & Texas. Clientele includes Secretary of Defense, Department of Defense, Veterans, celebrities and civilian families. I help people manifest life goals using multi-modality therapy, energy/love, mindfulness, prayer/meditation, super foods, movement, music, nature, art, and/or positive affirmations for clarity. Additionally, I educate client about maximizing their somatic and automatic nervous system by reprogramming negative thoughts.

I work with couples, women, and young adults (18+). I enjoy helping couples enhance their connection by identifying barriers and teaching skills. I have special training and experience helping couples recover from the trauma of infidelity. I work also with women (of all ages) with a variety of issues including self-esteem, boundaries, codependency, parenting, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief - to name a few. I desire to see women fulfilled, whole, and empowered.

Our providers offer a range of services from psychological consultations to therapy. We all have extensive expertise in working with school-aged children and their families. Our comprehensive psychological evaluation services are able to identify potential neurodevelopmental or other emotional or behavioral difficulties. We have experience in educational as well as community and hospital settings and are able to assist individuals and families presenting with a wide range of concerns.

I am a therapist, EMDR Therapist, Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, and proud graduate of Regent University where I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also have a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. My focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. I conduct Immigration Evaluations using an integrative approach to therapy that includes various treatment modalities based on your therapeutic and personal needs. Because of my service in ministry, I am uniquely positioned to offer spiritual counseling from a Christian perspective at your request.

Counseling explores these road blocks and helps the person remove obstacles to happiness so he or she can go on to lead a happy and more fulfilling life.

Our counselors are trained and experienced to provide biblically based counseling for Individuals, Couples, Parents, Teens, and Children. Some of our specialties are- Teen and child focused counseling, Parent coaching, Anxiety, Depression, Women's issues, PTSD, Trauma, Addiction, Marriage counseling, family counseling, adoption issues, Men's counseling, TBRI Informed counseling, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. We are also Interactive Metronome Therapy Providers and are trained parent coaches. (Certified in parenting after trauma). We do not bill insurance but can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance.

Anyone struggling with any compulsive, values-incongruent behavior can find freedom, intimacy, and healthy sex- (which can include kinky fun). My clients are stressed out busy adults and sometimes teens. I employ EMDR, talk therapy, mindfulness, outdoor therapy, somatic work and VR exposures to tailor treatment. My current personal passion is to encourage anyone that (despite their best efforts) is not living the life that they desire, to exclude ADHD from possible concerns with the objective QbCheck. Is isn't hyperbole to say that treating ADHD can save a life.
